Cottages Info and Rates

Bath and beach towels, sheets for pull-outs and cottages with loft. (We do not provide these)
Sharp knives, can opener, or any baking pans, etc. you think you will need.
Coffeemaker, outdoor grill of your choice.
Fan, tablecloth for picnic table, candles, bug spray. (if you plan hikes)
Bath towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon. (to carry to beach is helpful)
Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
TV/VCR. We do not have cable for the cottages.
An antenna is needed for TV.
Extension cords/three-prong adapter if needed.
Night light.

All cottages have screened porches
All cottages have dishes, cooking supplies, etc.
All cottages have linens, blanket & pillows
All cottages have kitchens & bathrooms
Check in 2:00pm – Check out 9:30am
Please bring towels and paper goods
Dogs are allowed
(Excluding July and August – On occasion we
will allow small dogs at our discretion for a fee)

Four weeks prior to reserved date. A refund less 20% Service Charge of total rental will be returned

ONLY if cottage is re-rented. After four week deadline, payment will not be refundable.
